When it comes to breakfast I like to switch it up all the time, sometimes I want to have yoghurt and fruit, or maybe porridge with banana (and Nutella of course) and sometimes I like to be a bit healthier and go for a smoothie. This is my favourite breakfast smoothie to make, its only uses 4 ingredients (5 if you want to add the honey) but it’s quick to make when you’re in a rush and surprisingly filling!
5 tbsp Plain Yoghurt
Drizzle of Honey – optional
Like I said, its super simple to make, just stick it all in a blender and you’re done! You can add as much or as little almond milk as you like, depending on how thick you want your smoothie to be.
